HINTS

1. For greater action, play ScratchBall on a fast carom felt. Because ScratchBall has many artistic shots, a faster felt will give more control when you execute those trick shots.

2. For a higher score, at the end of a game, try to keep at least 2 black balls in play along with the dead ball. Then, go for the 10 point plays.

3. For the average pool player a standard 7' pool tables up the level of excitement.

4. To increase your skill level, focus more on how you scratch the cue ball and less on where you want to pocket the object ball. Ultimately, you want to do both, but when learning, this method will give you the feel of the game much quicker.

5. A softer more deliberate shot will give you better results. Think it through. Carefully calculate your moves. Many, when they first start playing ScratchBall, will just smack the ball around as hard as they can hoping for an accidental scratch. This may work at times but your overall score will be lower and it will never give you that adrenelin rush from accomplishing a great shot.
